Finding your size
Asian sizing. Measure around your chest and pick the size whose number is at or above it. Based on the garment measurements above.

- Shoulder
- Across the back, from one shoulder seam to the other.
- Chest
- Straight across from underarm to underarm.
- Length
- From the shoulder beside the neckline straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve
- From the shoulder seam along the outside edge to the cuff.
Chest is an all-round measurement. Measure straight across a flat garment, then double it. Shoulder, sleeve and length stay as measured.
Use a soft tape measure over light clothing. Keep it snug and level, without pulling it tight.
Chest / bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest or bust, under your arms. Keep it level across your back and breathe normally.
Shoulder width
Ask someone to measure across your upper back, from one shoulder point to the other. The shoulder point is the bony tip where your shoulder meets your arm.
Arm length
Let your arm hang relaxed. Measure from your shoulder point down the outside of your arm to your wrist bone. A garment’s sleeve can start from a different point, so compare it with the garment view.
