Returns

We have a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order ships to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be:

In theย same condition you received it

Unworn/unused, with tags

In theย original packaging

Accompanied by aย receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

Email us at ruemood@support.com to request a return authorization. If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for how and where to send your package

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization wonโ€™t be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ruemood@support.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (including special orders)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To get what you want fastest, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Our default: store-credit refunds

Approved returns are refunded by default as store credit applied to the customer account used at checkout.

  • Store credit is issued promptly after we receive and inspect your return.

  • It does not expire and can be used any time on future purchases.

Cash-out option

Prefer a cash refund to your original payment method? Let us know when requesting your returnโ€”weโ€™ll process it as soon as possible after approval and inspection.

  • Timing: Your bank or card issuer controls posting times; the full process may take up to 60 days depending on the financial institution.

  • If you havenโ€™t seen the refund 60 days after our confirmation, please contact ruemood@support.com.

Where required by law (for example, in some jurisdictions), refunds may be issued to the original payment method regardless of store-credit preference. Weโ€™ll comply with all applicable regulations.

European Union โ€” 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging) and include proof of purchase. Refunds will follow the policy above (store credit by default; cash-out upon request) unless applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method.ย
