Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

I entered the wrong address—what should I do?

Contact us with the correct address before the order ships.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order has shipped, the carrier may not be able to reroute it.

Why was my payment declined?

Try another method, check funds, billing address and 3‑D Secure.

Payments can fail due to insufficient funds, address mismatches, bank security checks or 3‑D Secure issues. Please try a different method or contact your bank. You won’t be charged for failed attempts.
